Introduction
Fabricata Cut is provided on a subscription basis. This policy should be read with the Terms of Use and the pricing or billing screens shown in the product.
Subscription Plans
Plans may differ by price, billing cycle, user allowance, cut allowance, stock-row allowance, feature access, support level, or administrative configuration. Projects are not capped by plan.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are intended to renew monthly unless cancelled or not renewed according to the applicable billing process. Customers remain responsible for cancelling before renewal if they do not want continued access.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions, where offered, may be priced as 10 paid months plus 2 months free. Annual payments generally cover the selected annual term unless a written exception is agreed by Fabricata Cut.
Free Trials and Sample Optimiser Access
Free trial or Sample Optimiser access may be restricted, temporary, or limited. Sample access may be changed or withdrawn without creating a paid subscription.
Billing Activation
Accounts may be created before full production access is activated. Access may remain limited until payment is completed, verified, or confirmed by the applicable payment provider or internal billing workflow.
Manual EFT and Proof of Payment Process
Where manual EFT billing is active, the customer may need to generate an invoice, make payment using the correct reference, upload proof of payment, and wait for administrative verification before full activation.
Online Payment Provider Process
Where an online payment provider is enabled, payment status may be confirmed through hosted checkout, payment requests, subscriptions, callbacks, and webhooks. Access will generally be based on confirmed payment events.
Failed Payments
If payment fails, expires, is reversed, is disputed, or cannot be verified, Fabricata Cut may restrict access, mark the account as pending, request updated payment, suspend the workspace, or cancel renewal.
Upgrade and Downgrade Rules
Proration is not promised. Upgrades, downgrades, plan changes, and seat changes may take effect immediately, at the next billing period, or after administrative review depending on the billing model in use.
Usage and Cut Allowances
Plans may include cut allowances and operational limits. Projects are not capped by plan. If a customer reaches their cut allowance, the system may require a plan upgrade, a new billing period, or administrative activation before additional usage is available.
Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation through the available account, billing, or support channels. Cancellation requests should be submitted before renewal to avoid continued access and billing.
Cancellation by Fabricata Cut
Fabricata Cut may cancel, suspend, or refuse renewal for non-payment, misuse, security risk, unlawful use, breach of terms, or operational reasons.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not automatic. Refund requests will be assessed based on payment status, usage, service availability, duplicate payments, incorrect payments, applicable law, and any written agreement with the customer. Final refund rules should be reviewed by the business owner and legal advisor.
Non-Refundable Situations
Used subscription periods, active access already provided, customer failure to cancel before renewal, customer-entered data errors, incorrect production use, or dissatisfaction with outputs after use may be non-refundable unless Fabricata Cut agrees otherwise or the law requires it.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
Duplicate payments, overpayments, or payments made with incorrect references should be reported with supporting proof. Fabricata Cut may credit the account, refund the difference, or request further information.
Service Availability and Downtime
Fabricata Cut aims to provide reliable access but does not promise uninterrupted service, fixed uptime percentages, or service credits unless expressly agreed in writing.
How to Request Cancellation or Refund
Send the request through the contact page or billing support contact with your company name, account email, invoice or payment reference, reason, and supporting documents.
Processing Timelines
Processing timelines depend on the payment method, banking or payment-provider rules, verification requirements, and internal review. The business owner should confirm final timelines for refund processing.
