Users may use Fabricata Cut for legitimate steel cut-to-size planning, stock control, material tracking, cut optimisation, reporting, demo evaluation, billing administration, and related business operations.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, misleading, or disruptive activity.
Uploading Harmful Files
Users may not upload malware, scripts, corrupted files, illegal content, offensive content, or files designed to compromise systems or other users.
Scraping, Reverse Engineering and Overload
Users may not scrape, crawl, copy, stress-test, overload, reverse engineer, probe, scan, or benchmark the service in a way that harms security, availability, or intellectual property rights.
Misuse of Sample Optimiser and Trial Access
Sample Optimiser and trial access may not be used to bypass paid plans, run production work, simulate excessive loads, or avoid billing.
Bypassing Billing or Usage Limits
Users may not avoid payment, bypass plan limits, manipulate usage counters, create duplicate accounts to evade limits, or interfere with billing controls.
Illegal or Unlawful Use
Users may not use Fabricata Cut to support illegal activity, infringe rights, misrepresent outputs, conceal unsafe production practices, or violate applicable South African law.
Monitoring and Enforcement
Fabricata Cut may monitor usage, logs, billing events, uploads, support reports, and security events to enforce this policy and protect the service.
Suspension or Termination
A breach of this policy may result in warnings, restricted access, suspension, termination, deletion of harmful content, or legal action where appropriate.
