Fabricata Cut includes software, workflows, user interfaces, brand assets, documentation, templates, and generated layouts that are protected by intellectual property law.
Fabricata Cut Platform Ownership
Fabricata Cut owns or licenses the platform, source code, compiled code, database structure, product workflows, design, documentation, and service infrastructure.
Software, Code, UI, Workflows and Report Template Ownership
The software, user interface, optimisation workflow, report templates, labels, styling, page layouts, and product patterns belong to Fabricata Cut or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Brand, Logo and Trade Marks
The Fabricata Cut name, logos, icons, slogans, and brand presentation may not be used in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, resale, or ownership without written permission.
Customer Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of their own uploaded project data, drawings, stock information, material certificates, customer references, reports, and business data.
Uploaded Drawings, Stock Lists, Material Certificates and Project Data
Uploaded and entered data may include cut requirements, stock lists, heat numbers, certificate numbers, offcut records, warehouse locations, drawing references, and related project files. The customer is responsible for having the right to upload and process that data.
Licence Granted by Customer to Provide the Service
By entering or uploading data, the customer grants Fabricata Cut a limited licence to host, store, copy, process, display, optimise, export, back up, secure, troubleshoot, and support that data as needed to provide the service.
Exported Reports and Customer Use
Customers may use exported cutting lists, reports, PDFs, CSVs, labels, and summaries for their internal operations, customer communication, procurement, workshop review, and related business purposes, subject to verification and the Terms of Use.
Restrictions on Copying, Cloning, Scraping or Reverse Engineering
Users may not copy the platform, clone workflows, scrape service content at scale, attempt to reverse engineer the optimiser or application, bypass technical controls, or build a competing service using protected Fabricata Cut materials.
Feedback and Suggestions
If users provide feedback, feature ideas, corrections, or suggestions, Fabricata Cut may use them without owing compensation, provided this does not transfer ownership of the customer data itself.
Confidentiality of Customer Project Data
Fabricata Cut should treat customer project data as confidential operational information and use it only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to legal obligations and the Privacy Policy.
Third-Party IP
Users must not upload material that infringes another party rights. Third-party software, libraries, hosting providers, payment providers, or integrations may be subject to their own licence terms.
Breach of IP Rights
Fabricata Cut may suspend access, remove content, or take legal action if intellectual property rights are infringed or if the service is copied, misused, or reverse engineered.
